Dorthea’ s Journey
The story of the Sorensen and Sunde family members who left Norway and came to America. The “Dorothy” of the story is the great, great, great grandmother of the author. Dorothy/Dorthea was born in Sandsvaer, Norway in 1804. Most of the family settled in the Midwest, primarily Minnesota.
